The most challenging part of successful personal training is to be able to understand the individual challenges faced by each client.
I bring extensive first-hand experience as a professional athlete but also as an individual looking to overcome overweight and health obstacles, as well as training challenges with injuries.
This creates a unique balance between pushing my clients to achieve the best results while understanding the challenges of making life-style and nutrition changes and finding a personal balance.
